Introduction into game • First matched – March 3, 1875, Montreal • Game divided in 3 periods • Each period – 20 min (with small breaks between) • 6 player per team (5 skaters + goal keeper) • International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF), 1908 (formation) (1)
Tips for hockey players • bBend knes (3) • Balance • Head up, eyes forward • Off ice skate practice • Skate maintence • Lightness on skates • Fast leg recovery (4) • Learn to skate backwards • Eat healthy food • Don‘t eat junk food(5) • Have good attitude!
