  9. 1. Verbal Warning • If you get in trouble one time.

  10. 2. Discipline Code by Name • You get light bulb by your name.

  11. 3. Name Given to Teacher • That’s if you act up again.

  12. 4. Time Out/Writing Assignment • You go to time out, and you get a writing assignment.

  13. 5. Conference With Parent • Your parents come talk with the art teacher.

  14. 6. Sent to Office • You get sent to the principal.
