  3. Status Summary • All project tasks are on track for syllabus-defined milestone due dates. • Milestones on the horizon • Storyboard – April 13th • Web-based Training (Pilot) – May 8th • Web-based Training (Final) – May 15th

Progress • Milestones achieved • Project Management Documents – February 27th • Design Document – March 6th • Design Prototype – March 16th • Key factors for success • Consistent team communication/contact • Motivated and supportive team members • Clearly defined roles, expectations, and dates • Weekly team meetings

Attention Areas • Pain Points • Some minor technical issues with the prototype Captivate file. • Published project acted in unexpected ways that could not be isolated by team. • Corrective Action • Final WBT will not use prototype file as starting point. • Clean file will be used and everything will be recreated, and not copied over, to avoid carrying over problem. • Project will be tested at every step of development process to prevent issue from resurfacing.
