  7. Comments about IHM Culture: • Not welcoming, not friendly • Cliquish, with a hand picked group of insiders • Lack of young families • Wanting more social opportunities • Happy and satisfied with IHM

  8. Comments about Mass: • Homilies are too long. • Homilies don’t speak to me. • Some priests are hard to understand. • Pastor tells too many stories about himself. • Mass is too long. • Priest expresses personal political opinions.

  9. Comments about Staff and Priests: • Staff is not always warm and welcoming. • Staff can be inflexible. • Staff is great, they do so much. • Volunteers do great work and are important.

What’s Next? • Results will be reviewed with Staff, Priests, Finance Council and Pastoral Council over the next week. • A summary of results will be inserted in the bulletin the weekend of December 14-15 • A detailed article will go into the February Parish Pulse. • Follow up writings, discussions and decisions will continue in the 1st quarter of 2014 and beyond.
