  2. The main arguments of the presentation: • Platform hosting process • Students and companies enrollment • Dissemination process • Analysis of the expenditure reported in Interim report to EACEA • Ongoing tasks and activities

Platform hosting process Platform hosting by RASH requires: • A letter signed by the legal representative of the new beneficiary including the acceptance to join the partnership and the justification of their role and added value to the project. • Revised distribution of tasks. • A mandate signed by the legal representative of the new beneficiary.

  4. Platform hosting process Platform hosting by RASH requires: • Acceptance letters from all the other beneficiaries signed by their legal representative. • Explanatory letter signed by the legal representative of the coordinating institution justifying the addition of a beneficiary.

  5. Platform hosting process Platform hosting by RASH, terms and conditions: • Free of charge for all users at least until the end of the project life cycle. • Free of chargefor students and graduates. • Full access to the database by the coordinator at the time of final reporting preparation. • Platform maintenance with no additional cost during the project life.

Platform hosting process Platform hosting by RASH, terms and conditions: • Possible sources to maintain and enlarge the platform after the end of the project: • fee from companies for placement services, • fee from universities for collecting, analyzing and draft the reports of Albanian Graduates Profile, etc…..) • Consortium decision during regular meetings, after the end of the project.

  8. Students enrollment situation Should be registeredin the platform at least 20% of the students that will be graduated in 2019:

  9. Companies enrollment situation Should be registeredin the platform at least 10 companies

  10. Internship questionnaire for students University tasks: • Fill at least 10 questionnaires. • Analyze and processthe data collected. • Preparea report and send it to the coordinator, who will integrate the reports into a final one.

  11. Dissemination - Gradua Platform University tasks: • Organize at least 2 seminars to inform the students ( you can use the Career Days, International days etc). • Inform the students using the link of the university. • Print and distribute flyers or brochures. • Send emails to all students registered on "esse3" database. • Engage the staff employed in the career offices to inform the students directly. • Publication and Linking the social media (Facebook, Instagram) with the project website. • Soon you can use the video information of the project ( U. Arts have to prepare it)

  12. Financial report_ Staff Cost Reported by 14/16 partners Problems encountered during the review of the submitted documents: Incomplete documents ( employment contracts, bank statement) - MESY - UT - Un. Of Medicine - U Arts Contract for natural person Deadline: 30 June 2019

  13. Financial report_ Staff Cost“Reminder” Please be carefull ! Don’t sign the documents by one person. Use the exchange rate reference based on guidelines. Wrong taxes calculation (send a written letter to confirm your rules) Send paylists and bank transfer documents More descriptions of tasks on timesheets.

  14. Financial report_ Travel and Cost of Stay Some missing payments for the costs of stay.. Travel costs are totally reported

  15. Financial report_ Equipment purchases Almost completed ... Photos of the equipment's location (with EU stickers) in the universities premises. Originals contracts. Reimbursment of VAT tax payment. - Budget adjustment.
