Financial report_ Staff Cost Reported by 14/16 partners Problems encountered during the review of the submitted documents: Incomplete reporting for the first year ( only 6 month) Incomplete documents ( employment contracts, JD bank transfer) Problems in working days allocation per WP Each timesheet should corespond to one JD

  4. Financial report_ Staff Cost Documents not signed or signed by one person as staff member and person responsible. Exchange rate reference (not based on guidelines) Wrong taxes calculation Missing bank transfer documents Missing payslips Short description of tasks (on timesheets)

  5. Financial report_ Travel and Cost of Stay Reported by 15/16 partners Problems encountered during the review of the submitted documents: Incomplete reporting for the first year ( only 6 month) Incomplete documents for all staff that have participated during the activities (European partners).

  6. Financial report_ Equipment purchases Uncompleted report process. Take in consideration to submit the following documents; Annex contract Invoice Proof of payment Inventory

  7. Financial report_ Subcontracting costs Missing the proof of payment. Missing the contract with the company. Tax authority document.

  8. Platform hosting process Hosting the platform by RASH: .... to be discussed.
