PHASE II CTS WEB CENTER:ORDER PROCESSING The new CTS Web center will offer a variety of enhancements: • Allow budgetary control through authorized access via a QDB or OASIS account using DACCS • Email CTS notification of receipt of order to authorized person placing order, order contact, and DACCS reviewer • Email notification of due date to order placer and contact • Email notification of completion to order placer and contact • PAN notification
ORDER PROCESSING (2) More enhancements: • Expedite the order placing process by using a “shopping cart” approach to selecting CTS products and services • Gather more detailed information, allowing CTS personnel to expedite order processing and confirmation with customers • Give online customers access to track orders and check on status
