  16. ENGAGED PROJECT THIS MONTH (GENERAL ADMIN) GA TASKS A. Office Building Information 1. The World Center: - New suction machine for generator. - Air-conditioners in maintenance & cleaning. 2. Norch building: - Fixed assets checked and handed over to relevant Division/Department. - Air-conditioners in maintenance & cleaning. 3. Mirae building: - Fixed assets checked and handed over to AO & BM - Letter of confirmation by Dong Han to our Big C office status.

  17. ENGAGED PROJECT THIS MONTH (GENERAL ADMIN) GA TASKS (cont.) 4. Ladeco building: (Hanoi) - Additional light installation. 5. IVB (Hanoi) & Danang branch: - Attendance record machine installed. - Registered a seal for Danang branch. B. Other projects: 1. Cleaning contract of TWC terminated. 2. Call Center of TWC – 8th FL has been made bigger.

  18. NEXT MONTH PROJECT PLAN (GENERAL ADMIN) GA TASKS 1. Regulations on purchasing. 2. Following up some pending items of TWC & Ladeco. 3. Collecting information for Cantho. 4. TWC’s fixed assets checking. 5. TWC’s cleaning under our cleaners’ responsibilities. 6. Reconstruction of 7th FL Exhibition hall as well as regional agency. 7. Proposal on H1N1 prevention and control.

  19. Legal Department MONTHLY REPORT OF MAY, 2009 - Legal Dept. -

Legal Department Circular 86/2009/TT-BTC issued by the MOF on 28 April 2009 amend Circular 155/2007/TT-BTC regarding to insurance business and Circular 156/2007/TT-BTC regarding to financial management in insurance company From 13 June 2009, Circular 86/2009/TT-BTC shall become into valid, therefore Circular 155/2007/TT-BTC and Circular 156/2009/TT-BTC shall be partly invalid from that day.

  21. Legal Department Decree 41/2009/ND-CP issued by the Government on 5 May 2009 regarding administrative punishment for violations on insurance business Decree 41/2009/ND-CP shall become into valid and take the place of Decree 118/2003/ND-CP from 22 June 2009.

  22. Legal Department Official Letter 6723/BTC-QLBH issued by the MOF dated 12 May 2009 regarding new regulations on insurance business According to Official Letter 6723/BTC-QLBH, all insurance companies must strictly comply with Circular 86/2009/TT-BTC & Decree 41/2009/ND-CP and the MOF shall organize some inspections in the near future.
