Junior 1 & 2 • Weds 1hr 7.00-8.00pm • Ali, Jon & Stephen • Aim:To build on stroke technique and skills while introducing the swimmers to club swimming • Entry and movement criteria is detailed on the Summary chart. • No of Lanes: 4 • Potential number in each lane: 9
Competitive Skill • Fri 8-9pm & Sun 6.00-7.00pm – 2hrs total • Karen, Jon & Stephen • Aim:To concentrate on competitive skills and increase the distances swum in training and competition. • Entry and movement criteria is detailed on the Summary chart. • No of Lanes: Fri -2 Lanes Jon & Stephen, Sunday – 3 Lanes – Karen & Jon • Potential number in each lane: 9

Club Squad • Fri 1hr 9.00-10.00pm • Sam • Aim:To create a squad where the swimmer can still feel part of the club and compete but without the competitive and training pressure of having to peform • Entry and movement criteria is detailed on the Summary chart. • No of Lanes: 3 • Potential number in each lane: 8
Masters • 1hr a week every Monday 9-10pm with Caroline. • For the older swimmer wishing to have specific training with either open water or Masters competitions etc.
Water Polo • No changes other than subject to confirmation with Crown Pools that every Sunday 8.30-10.00pm will be at Deben for the players. • Plans for next season to include gaining access to more pool time to ensure we have the correct pathway for them to achieve.

Other changes • Club Champs – moving – why? • Open Meet – Regional times 2011 • Fixtures – Once a month and relevant to squad – one team in summer league & 2 in winter – joining EJSL • Time trials – for counties that need those swims • Land training will be stopped if numbers don’t improve!
