  22. Logistics • Current Operations – • State LSA Palm Beach #1: • The LSA shall continue to accept deliveries through 12 noon on Sunday, 09/12/04 and then begin lockdown and bunkering process. ALL operations will cease at 12 noon, Monday 09/13/04. After landfall, will commence operations as soon as possible. • State LSA Orlando #2: • This LSA shutdown at 10:00 am Saturday, 09/11/04. After landfall, will commence operations as soon as possible. • State LSA Ocala #3: • All operations will cease 12:00 noon Monday, 09/13/04. After landfall, will commence operations as soon as possible.

  23. Logistics • Current Operations (continued) – • Lakeland Mobilization Area (State and Federal): • Operations ceased at close of business Friday evening 09/10/04. After landfall, will commence operations as soon as possible. • Federal Staging Area Homestead ARB: • All personnel shall evacuate this site Saturday, 09/11/04. Post landfall, personnel shall fly back into the site, at which time additional water and ice resources shall also be airlifted in. • Federal Staging Area - NAS JAX: • Minimal personnel shall remain at this site through the storm.

Logistics • Current Operations (continued) – • Product received and Working through the LSAs: • 90 Installed Generators • 68 in Progress • 11Truckloads of H2O, plus 118 pallets of H2O • 43 pallets MRE's • 83,000 cans bug spray, plus 96 pallets of bug spray • 2 Truckloads of diapers, plus 60 more pallets of baby diapers, 15 pallets of adult diapers and 3 pallets of underwear • 18 Truckloads of ice • More than 2000 tarps • 8 Forklifts and 6 pallet jacks • 2 Forklift Ramps • 100 cots • 6 Golf Carts • 9 boxes of shrink wrap • 24 pallets baby food • 1 - 1000 ton chiller • 7 Refrigerator trucks
