  2. Los distritos de riego

Los Distritos de Riego Los Distritos de Riego son áreas agrícolas cuyos programas de producción se apoyan básicamente en el servicio de riego que se proporciona a los terrenos de cultivo con las obras de infraestructura hidroagrícola construidas para tal propósito y, por sus múltiples relaciones con los diferentes sectores de la economía regional, extienden su influencia a una amplia zona. Los Distritos de Riego en México, fueron construidos, operados y administrados por el gobierno federal hasta el año 1990. Después de la transferencia, la mayor parte de la infraestructura de riego (99%) es gestionada por los usuarios a través de sus organizaciones; y una mínima parte (1%) es administrada por el gobierno federal.

La Ley de Aguas Nacionales (LAN) y su Reglamento (RLAN) LAN Artículo 68.- Los usuarios del agua están obligados a pagar las cuotas de autosuficiencia por servicios de riego que se hubieran acordado por los propios usuarios . . . RLAN Artículo 105.- La Comisión Nacional del Agua determinará y recaudará los siguientes aprovechamientos fiscales aprobados anualmente, en su caso, por la Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público: I.   6. LA RECAUDACIÓN POR CUOTAS DE RIEGO DEBEN PERMITIR CUBRIR LOS GASTOS DE : • OPERACIÓN INFRAESTRUCTURA HIDROAGRÍCOLA • CONSERVACIÓN • ADMINISTRACIÓN EN SUS DIFERENTES NIVELES DE RESPONSABILIDAD: ASOCIACIÓN CIVIL DE USUARIOS, SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA Y CONAGUA.

  7. COBRO DE CUOTA USOS PRINCIPALES: • AGRÍCOLA • PÚBLICO URBANO • INDUSTRIAL • ACUACULTURA

  8. FORMAS DE COBRO

  9. Trámite de la Cuota Las cuotas, determinadas de acuerdo a las necesidades presupuestales, se someten a revisión, análisis y aprobación del Comité Hidráulico del Distrito de Riego.

Trámite de la Cuota para CONAGUA • SE TRAMITA UNA VEZ AL AÑO DURANTE LOS MESES DE OCT-DIC • LA GERENCIA DE DISTRITOS DE RIEGO RECIBE DE LOS ORGANISMOS DE CUENCA LA DOCUMENTACIÓN NACESARIA DE CADA DISTRITO DE RIEGO PARA EL TRÁMITE (OFICIO DE SOLICITUD, ACTA DE COMITÉ HIDRÁULICO, ETC.) • LA SECRETARÍA DE HACIENDA Y CRÉDITO PÚBLICO (SHCP) AUTORIZA LAS CUOTAS • LA VIGENCIA DE LA CUOTA UNA VEZ AUTORIZADA ES DE ENERO A DICIEMBRE DEL SIGUIENTE AÑO AGRÍCOLA
