Prep: 20 mins Cook: 10-15 mins Rhubarb Crumble • INGREIDENTS • 750g Rhubarb • 2 tbs water • 225g plain flour • 110g butter • 75g caster sugar • 3 tbs sugar • UNTENSILS • Knife • Wooden spoon • Green chopping board • Table spoon • Saucepan • Mixing bowl • Oven dish Try serving with ice cream or custard! METHOD Pre heat the oven to 180° .Wash and chop the rhubarb into even pieces. Put the rhubarb into a pan on a medium heat and add the 3 tbs of sugar and 2tbs water. Put the lid on a keep the pan at a medium heat until the rhubarb has softened. When the rhubarb has softened take the lid of and let liquid reduce and put aside. In the mixing bowl add the butter and caster sugar and rub together with your fingers creating the crumble looking like breadcrumbs. Pour your rhubarb into the bottom of your dish and then sprinkle the crumble mixture on top and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
