Free flu vaccinations for care staff in London Care workers are working with some of the most vulnerable people in our communities, so it’s important that they help protect themselves and those receiving care and support against flu All care home staff (including catering and cleaning staff) and residents, domiciliary care workers and hospice workers in London are now entitled to a free flu jab at their local pharmacy www.londonflu.co.uk

Free event: ‘Keeping your staff’ – achieving low turnover and a stable workforce 28th November (10am – 3pm) at Skills for Care office near Euston It is estimated that it costs around £3.5k to recruit and induct a new care worker once manager time is taken into account.
