The fire alarmrang. • You can connect these two sentences to show that there is a relationship between them: WhenIarrived at class, the fire alarmrang. • The Subordinate Conjunction (When) connects the Subordinate Clause “Iarrived at class” to the Main Clause “The fire alarmrang.
