  2. 1. EJECUCIÓN DEL PRESUPUESTO El presupuesto del Municipio fue aprobado por $9.291.935.899, por la gestión realizada se ha incrementado a $18.627.101.947.oo esto representa un aumento del 100% SECRETARIA DE HACIENDA - 2010

  6. EJECUCIÓN DE GASTOS En comparación con el total presupuestado ($18.627.100)el municipio de Dabeiba ha ejecutado o comprometido el 86% (16.047.605) siendo los compromisos de inversión los mas representativos. SECRETARIA DE HACIEDA - 2010

  9. Ingresos VS Gastos COMPARADO LOS INGRESOS TOTALES CON LOS GASTOS TOTALES EL MUNICIPIO DE DABEIBA EN LA VIGENCIA 2010 TIENE UN SUPERAVIT PRIMARIO DE $987.339 MILLONES DE PESOS SECRETARIA DE HACIENDA - 2010

  10. 2.AVANCE DEL PROGRA DE SANEMIENTO FISCAL Y FINANCIERO LOGROS • Cumplimiento del indicador de Ley 617 Para la vigencia 2010 el Municipio tiene como meta la disminución del indicador De Ley 617 de 2000 en 5 puntos; y según el análisis realizado Parcialmente nos arroja una calificación del 56.3% superando las expectativas SECRETARIA DE HACIENDA - 2010

Incremento de los ICLD Formula : (ICLD AÑO 1 (2010)/ICLD AÑO(2009))- 1 * 100: ( 1.987.379 / 1.958.300 ) – 1 *100 = 2% • Disminución de los gastos de funcionamiento : Gasto fto año 1 (2010)/Gasto fto año 0 (2009))- 1 * 100 : ( 1.118.239 / 1.941.574 ) – 1 *100 = -42% SECRETARIA DE HACIENDA - 2010

  13. DEUDA PUBLICA • A Noviembre 30 de 2010 el Saldo de Deuda Pública del Municipio es de $2.742.662.688.00. • Los pagos realizados para cumplir con el servicio de la Deuda equivalen a $400.057.676.00 discriminados de la siguiente manera: SECRETARIA DE HACIENDA - 2010

SANEAMIENTO FISCAL • Saneamiento deuda con la DIAN : al inicio de esta administración se recibió una deuda de 700 millones de pesos, por Gestión realizada la deuda quedo en 250 millones y a la fecha el municipio cancelo el 100% de esta deuda. • Pago seguro social: se le cancelo al seguro social un valor de $33.731.647 , por concepto de pensiones dejadas de pagar en las vigencias de 1999 a 2001 SECRETARIA DE HACIENDA - 2010

SANEAMIENTO FISCAL • Acuerdo de Pago con Findeter: se firmo un acuerdo de pago con findeter por valor de 245.171.214 por concepto de proyectos de la vigencia 1996 y 1998 los cuales no se ejecutaron • Acuerdo Corpouraba: dos convenios firmados con Corpouraba uno por 101.620.298 sobretasa ambiental (pago total) y otro por 262.048.3390 solo faltan 2 cuotas para su terminación SECRETARIA DE HACIENDA - 2010
