Objectives and Success Measures • OBJECTIVES • Exchange information securely, reliably and in real time • Open standards and service-based architecture • Solution based on customer requirements • Support strategic directions of the stakeholder agencies • (DIS, AOC, WSP, King County and Yakima County) • A platform to support web-based queries • Build on the currently operational Summary Offender Profile • SUCCESS MEASUREMENTS • Follow an evaluation method and process that ends up being a collaborative selection of the integration platform and design alternatives • Successfully deliver request/response PCH and CACH web-service queries consumable by King and Yakima county integration platforms

Where Are We? • Behind Schedule – but “On Budget” • JINDEX functionality at the system test level targeted for late-July/early-August • JINDEX currently at “System Test” Status • Infrastructure, Middleware, and primary web services are installed and functioning – “the plumbing” • King and Yakima counties are sending requests and receiving and processing responses • Working with DIS and counties to stabilize the JINDEX and PCH and CACH queries and support county implementations • Refining message requirements and addressing data quality issues • Monitor and support JINDEX and PCH/CACH exchange

What Is Next? • Continue to work with DIS and Counties to stabilize the JINDEX and PCH and CACH queries • Correct Defects and Log Enhancements • Stabilize and Refine JINDEX and PCH/CACH exchange • Project Closure – “Lessons-Learned” Workshop • “Pilot” Implementation • Technology Maturation – Continued evaluation of technical services and JINDEX performance • JINDEX Technical Support Model • Mid-October Pilot Implementation Readiness Assessment • ~1 month behind revised schedule
