  23. hrubá múka 5 zemiakov soľ slanina kyslá kapusta Ingredients : Prísady : • flour • 5 potatoes • salt • bacon • sauekraut

  24. Instructions : Postup : 1. Peelthepotatoes and shredthem. Ostrúhajte zemiaky a nastrúhajte ich. 2. Mix themwiththeflour and ifneededaddsomewater to makebatter.  Zmiešajte ich s múkou a ak je potrebné pridajte trochu vody a vypracujte cesto.

  25. 3. Seasonwithsomesalt. Osoľte. 4. Makelittledumplingswith a fork and boilthem in somewaterforabout 3 minutes.  Vidličkou robte halušky, ktoré varte vo vode asi 3 minúty. 5. Pouroutthewater. Sceďte halušky.

  26. 6. Fry the bacon in a frying pan.  Opražte slaninu na panvici. 7. Combine the dumplings with the fat from bacon and sauerkraut. Zmiešajte halušky s masťou zo slaniny. 8. Season with salt and serve with fried bacon.  Ochuťte soľou a podávajte s opraženou slaninou.
