  6. Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Cluster Resource Persons • Post of 90 Nos. of Cluster Resource Persons (CRPs) is sanctioned to SSA, UT Mission Authority @ 10 CRPs per BRC (as per SSA Framework) Status of engagement of CRPs

  7. Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Engagement of CRPs ……… • All 90 CRPs engaged under SSA were posted to schools with the approval of Executive Council. In lieu of this regular and experienced teachers from the Department of Education were engaged in SSA on diverted capacity for execution of various activities of SSA at different levels.

  8. Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Recruitment norms for SSCTs & CRPs • Recruitment norms and procedure for engagement of teachers and CRPs under SSA is completely in tune with the norms and procedure for appointment of teachers in the Department of Education Andaman & Nicobar Administration. The only difference is, personal interview of candidates has been eliminated and the marks meant for that has been distributed in the self marking system.

  9. SarvaShikshaAbhiyan Self marking pattern (*) (i) Ph.D. - 01 ,(ii) M.Ed.- 01. (iii) M.Phil.- 01, (iv) Medal won at inter State level/National Level- 01, (v) Computer Course of not less than one year – 01 Experience marks will be calculated as 0.2 marks per month (to a maximum of 0 marks) of teaching experience in a Govt./ recognized/Aided school. Terms- Age limit - 40 years Pay - Rs. 9,000/- (Consolidated)
