CAPRAD • Computer Assisted Pre-coordination Resource And Database • The CAPRAD system is a dual-purpose system that allows for both the coordination and resource planning involved in the allotment phase for regional plans and the coordinated submission of 700 MHz applications to the FCC by users nationwide.   3. CAPRAD TRAINING ACCESS(For Learning & Practicing Only) • URL: • http://caprad.nlectc.du.edu/cp/index.jsp • Training Login: • LOGIN: RPC5LRN (UPPER CASE) • PASSWORD: Learning123 (Mixed case) (User may also view CAPRAD as “Visitors”) CAPRAD Training

  4. CAPRAD ACCESS • Must first register to access the production area of CAPRAD • Access is private and via individual account • Live demo will show Registration Form CAPRAD Training

  6. CAPRAD FCC 601 FORM FILING • Enter CAPRAD URL • http://caprad.nlectc.du.edu/cp/index.jsp CAPRAD Home Page • Register (First Time Only) Click Here to register • Login WELCOME LOGIN HERE USERNAME PASSWORD CAPRAD Training

  7. CAPRAD FCC 601 FORM FILING • Click on “700MHz” Menu (next to “Home”) • Click on Select Region Drop Down Menu or Click on Map • Click on “Applications” Menu • “Select Action” on left menu and ready for applications filing • Find Application • New Application CAPRAD Training

  8. NEW APPLICATION • Click “New Application” • Click “Go” Now you should see FCC 601 Form and ready for filling out data • Be sure to Click “Save” after entering each page CAPRAD Training

  9. NEW APPLICATION • Click on “Coordination” lower left menu to select FCC Certified Coordinator • Click on “Attachments” to add supporting documents and maps • Click on “Validate” to check for errors • Done! CAPRAD Training

  10. EXISTING APPLICATION • “Select Action” on left menu • Click “Find Application” menu • Click “Go” • Select application by click on button below “Edit/View/Review” menu CAPRAD Training

  11. EXISTING APPLICATION • Click “Go” button below “FCC 601” Now you should see FCC 601 Form with data ready for modification • Be sure to click “Save” after entering each page CAPRAD Training

  12. EXISTING APPLICATION • Click on “Coordination” lower left menu to select FCC Certified Coordinator • Click on “Attachments” to add supporting documents and maps • Click on “Validate” to check for errors • Done! CAPRAD Training
