Flight 0613 Update: • Sign-up ended on September 11, 2013 • As of 8-21-13, 6 REP’s had signed up • Competitive Retailers wishing to become certified for the new Sharyland Utilities Service Territory MUSTsign-up and test in this last flight for 2013. • REPs indicated preference of FTP site for delivery of Mass Customer List (MCL) • Meter Tampering Fees/Switch-Holds will not carry over in the customer transition from a bundled utility to a TDSP • Power Cost Recover Factor (PCRF) – new SAC04 code has been submitted to TX SET to recommend to RMS for approval. “PCR001” Power Cost Recovery Factor

What would a delay in the Approval of Docket 41474 look like for Sharyland Utilities’ Transition to Competition?  • REPs prefer a day-to-day transition plan • Sharyland prefers a month-to-month transition plan • 9-18-13 STTF meeting will include a “deep-dive” on the pros & cons of a month-to-month vs. day-to-day transition plan • STTF continues to provide updates to our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) narrative: STTF Key Documents Web link: • http://www.ercot.com/committees/board/tac/rms/sttf/ • Next STTF Meeting: • 1:00 PM today, September 18, 2013 , at ERCOT Met CTR Conf.
