What is Baltic PM Days? • Baltic PM Days is two-day conference for project management professionals both from individual and corporate level, as well as companies and organizations, that have project management as a crucial tool for their operations. • Baltic PM Days is a pan-Baltic event – both in terms of participants and managing the event. • Baltic PM Days is the venue for project professionals and businesses to exchange experiences in project management, methods and business models – regardless of their line of business. • Project Management Days answers the needs of the project field by bringing out the newest solutions, models, methods and tools, which will directly help the project operators in their every day working life. • Project Management Days is a training and network event for numerous businesses as well as for the public sector and NGO sector.
Organizers The event is organized by IPMA (International Project Management Association) accredited Project Management associations of all three Baltic states The main organizer of Baltic PM Days 2013 is Latvian National Project management association (LNPVA)
Vision Baltic Project Management Daysis the leadingand the most considerable meeting and networking channel for corporate management and project field professionals in Baltic countries. The program represents the latest and the finest models and methods as well as future challenges and trends of project field. The annual event brings together over 9corporate partners and over 40 - 50 speakers, including keynotes, case presenters, main speakers and facilitators, whose presentations and introductions create the base for the Project Management Days program. Vision: • To have 400 to 600 participants in the Baltic PM Days yearly • To have over 20 partners & sponsors • To be the most known PM event in the Baltics and known also in neighboring countries (Finland, German, Poland etc.)

Participation fees • Available full tickets (2 days) and 1-day tickets • Early bird registration available (early bird price 185 EUR for full ticket) • Pricing is the same for both public and private sector • Full tickets cost 230 EUR (discount of 40 EUR for the full members of PM Associations) and include: - All the materials - 3 coffee breaks a day - Lunch every day - 2 month access of event materials (all the presentations in PDF files)
Partnership definition Partner is not only the sponsor, but also becomes an co-organizer of the event helping to provide content and speakers of the event. During the organization of the event, the partner works constantly with the Partner and Program manager of the Baltic PM Days.
