LRG Rules of Engagement Please place cell phones on vibrate & ringers off Table all current issues—discuss, determine solutions, or assign to appropriate IPT member(s) This is your conference to hold open & candid dialogue Maintain one focused conversation Be respectful of other’s opinions Julie Trossbach is POC for scheduling all Side Bar Requests Extra Side Bar Requests available We’ll collect new Action Items; we’ll only brief AIs that were staffed & evaluated prior to the LRG Extra Action Item forms available 3
LRG ROE We can only address & fix issues that we know about Some items are not ours to resolve. They may belong to ASL, CNAF, the MARFORs or other programs Brief your leadership on key points discussed at the MF LRG (Trip Report), so they gain situational awareness of the overall program Need CO & O-6 involvement, so Fleet requirements are rack-n-stacked Once a new Fleet requirement is established, on average three years elapse until delivery (if a material solution) 4
