  3. SERD Revisions/Impact • Revision of SERD 0008 to reflect the R-22 being superseded by the R134A ECU • Revision of SERD 0254, Robinair Recovery/Recycler Unit • Reflect quantities authorized per site. • Each MALS to receive 3 each • MALS-13 to receive 6 each

Technical Directives • SEC 5824 – Upgrade to Mobile Facility ECU Cooling Cable Circuit Cable to 40 AMPS, Issue Date: 10 March 2010 • - Upgrade required to accommodate the increased current • requirement for the 1559AS400-1, R134A ECU. • - Can be installed with either the R-22 ECU, • PN 1559AS100-1 or the new R134A ECU, • PN 1559AS400-1. • - Amendment 1: Identify configurations not affected due to • sundown/offloading/survey, refurbishment or replacement.

Technical Directives (cont.) • SEB 1034 - One Time Inspection of Environmental Control Unit, A/E32C-45A (Setscrew), DTG: 072155Z JAN 10(verification) • R134A ECU Impeller Fan Assembly Failure. • Potential hazard to the Fleet reported • Identified the Setscrew as the problem • Replacement Setscrew available to the Fleet through • request.

Technical Directives (cont.) • IRAC 001, to Technical Manual NA 19-600-152-6-2, Periodic Maintenance Requirements Manual Mobile Facilities, Dated 1 October 2008, DTG: 111537Z MAY 09 • To provide additional method of maintenance for the • washing of Mobile Maintenance Facilities (MMF) with • Biodegradable and Non-Emulsifying Detergent.

Technical Directives (cont.) • IRAC 008, to Technical Manual 19-25-177, Operation and Intermediate Maintenance with Illustrated Parts Breakdown, Dated 1 March 1995, DTG: 152121Z APR 09 • - To provide additional method for maintaining ISO • Markings on Mobile Maintenance Facilities (MMF) • and reduce Maintenance Costs associated with • replacement decals..

  8. Technical Directive (cont.) • IRAC 009, To Technical Manual 19-25-177, Operation and Immediate Maintenance Instructions with Illustrated Parts Breakdown for Mobile Facilities, Dated 30 April 2005, DTG: 041958 JAN 10 • - Installation and Security of Mobile Facility Panels during shipment.

  9. TQG Bearing ECP • The Caterpillar Pulley Group part number will change on all new engines starting with S/N: BDZ01869. - Pulley Group P/N changed from 143-7018 to 344-7484 - Bearing P/N 200-2282 replaced by P/N 307-9798 - Army is incorporating changes to the manual.

Mobile Facilities Configuration Manual AG-360MF-CCD-000, 1 April 1990 • Update to the Manual • Review of Configuration to determine the path of support needed for configuration. • Utilized the KA-18/KA-31 Configuration. • Created SERDs for the two configurations. • Obtained drawings and submitted package to NAVIP for provisioning.

  12. NAVAIR 19-25-177 • Manual Update Initiative • Review/Proposed Update • Converted to a Word Document • Incorporation of TPDRs and IRACs • Awaiting Engineering Data • Estimated Completion: 12/10
