High Level Goals • Long term goals: • Making the Science fair as a central pillar within the School Calendar. • Establishing a strategic process for preparing elementary students for their participation at a later stage. • Strengthening the regional authorities' abilities (Local Educational Dept & Universities) to be able to organize science fairs that nominate to the national fair. Short term goals: • Expanding the public awareness through maximizing the impact of the main stream media. • Establishing a network that involves all stake holders (Regional Educational Dept, Schools ,Mentors, Teachers, Students) • Enhancing a professional development programs dedicated for training and motivating students, schools, and mentors. • Encouraging the participation of the public as volunteers.

Objectives • Student participation in affiliated increases 100% over a three-year period • Volunteers/mentors increases 50% during the 2011-2013 school year • Increase the concentration on teachers and mentors to develop the quality of the projects. • Involve Ministry of Education and universities in the science fair process. • Open Off & On lines channels for the stakeholders • School Science Fair started a year before Intel ISEF. • Start TOT & Educator Academy in regions. • Motivate more mentors, volunteers (to load 20%) or (to be part) of the science fair
