Intel ISEF Educator Academy • Key learning was how to conduct a world class science competition and what success looks like • Obtained ideas and shred experience on innovative ways to promote research culture among students • We especially enjoyed and appreciated the sharing of knowledge and information during the shop talks and within the team members • We were impressed by the level of students at the competition and the whole event in general • It was great to see the students actually having fun. • Which Shop Talks were the most beneficial for your team? • The majority of the shop talks were helpful and insightful • Sharing of previous experiences in setting up science fairs from scratch was in particular eye opening • What types of Shop Talks were missing? • We believe a longer shop talk session was needed to explain in depth ISEF’s rules and regulations, judging etc.. • In some presentations the language was a little difficult to understand.
