  7. The organisation • Danish RDP support: preparing and developing cooperation project • Mails and phones • Board meetings & 2 joint meetings • Lead partner • Steering committee

  8. Recommendations • Be pragmatic • Build trust • Find common interests and focus • Involve local citizens • National activities to support the cooperation
