  3. Art. 1.- los techos de negociación establecidos bajo ningún concepto se entenderán como salarios mínimos o básicos. Art. 2.- para los puestos que por la naturaleza de las actividades que realizan, han sido determinados como trabajadoras y trabajadores sujetos al Código del Trabajo, se establecen los siguientes techos de negociación para la suscripción de contratos individuales, colectivos y actas transaccionales:

Para todos los demás puestos de trabajo que no se encuentren considerados en el cuadro anterior, se determina como techo de negociación para los contratos colectivos, individuales de trabajo y actas transaccionales un incremento de hasta el 3,33 % de la remuneración mensual unificada que se encuentren percibiendo. En caso de que los trabajadores se encuentren percibiendo remuneraciones superiores a las establecidas en el cuadro anterior, mantendrán las remuneraciones que actualmente perciben hasta que el valor de los techos de negociación sean superiores.
