Operations Update • Accommodation • Erith live and going well • Sidcup open during January 2014 • Brampton live delayed until 2015 • Tutor Terms and Condition/Fractional Posts • Financial modelling complete by end 2013 • Staff consultation from early 2014 • Live September 2014 • Customer Services • New structure integrating sites and back office teams • Improving and standardising processes and customer satisfaction • ICT • Weaknesses in core business system exposed by remote working • Very old database system with major uncertainty around provider • Implement short term fix + evaluate alternative solutions
