Overview As a part of our Agile On Demand 2009 R3 release that went live on Oct. 23 we rolled out a number of new and exciting features. In order to take advantage of many of these new features some manual configuration is required. In an effort to limit the amount of manual configuration that you our customers have to do we are updating your instances for you with the configuration changes outlined below. • New Planning and Tracking Modules and Views • New User Process Guidance Pages • New Reports • New Home Dashboards • Streamlined Form Design for Epics, Stories, Tasks, Defects • Streamlined Form Design for Portfolios, Products, Releases, Teams, Sprints Please Note: These changes will not impact your custom data but any custom views you made will be replaced with the new views. You can make changes to the new views to fit your needs.
New Planning Modules and Views Targets Product Owners and their needs around release planning and working with the teams to decompose and estimate work (Product Owner Storyboard)
New Tracking Modules and Views Targets Stakeholders who want to see release and sprint burndowns along with Teams for use during daily standup.
New Reports • Your Custom reports will remain • The new reports can be moved to fit into your agile portfolio hierarchy
New User Process Guidance Pages Will be configured in the Home module and added for all users to see and use.
New Home Dashboards • Will be configured in the Home module and added for all users to see and use • Existing dashboard tabs will be replaced
Streamlined Form Design for Epics, Stories, Tasks, Defects Existing tabs and forms will be replaced, you can re-add your custom attributes to these new forms
