Anamnesi Personale - 1 Provenienza geografica da aree endemiche Storia di sintomi “locali”: 1- dolore spontaneo/alla deglutizione o palpazione Irradiato all’orecchio Diffusa/nodulare 2- tumefazione vecchia/recente Stabile/ingravescente Impaccio/disfagia 3- compressivi disfonia Dispnea Storia dei sintomi da: ipotiroidismo/ipertiroidismo (vedi) malattie tiroidee Storie di precedenti interventi Irradiazione al collo
