  2. WP8 : Administrative Questions E-mail from Robert Angus (NPL) dated 28 february 2003 (extract) PPS – We finally received the last signed EVITHERM Membership Agreement yesterday. ALL membership agreements have now been sent to EC along with the CPFs of the 19 members not listed by name in the EC contract. This was done within the specified time limit set by EC so we hope there should be no problems in activating ALL members and getting the Advance payments for everyone as soon as possible - we are however totally dependent on the EC finance department for the latter so unfortunately we can not make any promises about when we might get the advance payment.

WP8 : Costs statement and Payments (1) e-mail from Robert Angus (NPL) dated 21 march 2003 (extract) …There may still be some small discrepancies between this spreadsheet and the full financial information on the CPFs submitted to EC. For example I know that the project Total on the spreadsheet at EUR1794865 is slightly different from the total value on the EC Contract(EUR1795167). The difference of EUR302 is trivial and has probably been caused by rounding errors in the calculations…»
