Science Drop Egg Experiment By: MatheusVasconcellos
Question With material do I need to protect the egg so it will no break from a 5 meter place?
Hypothesis • If a protect my egg with a lot of sponge then maybe it will not break.
Procedure • 1.Get an egg, a sponge, aluminum, some rubber bands, and tape. • 2.Fill in the egg with tape. • 3.Get the rubber bands and put a lot of them on the egg with the tape. • 4.Tape all the sponge you have on the egg. • 5.Wrap all the project on aluminum. • 6.When you are ready test your experiment by the ceiling of your room or your kitchen….. Were ever you want but it need to measure more or less 5 meters. • 7.Test you experiment a several times. • 8. Have fun
Scetch The rubber bands Tape Egg Sponge Tape
Results • My egg survived. • It didn’t sound very hard because it had sponge. • It went very fast. • The package also didn’t break. • I thought it was going to break because of the velocity it fell
Conclusion • I think the egg survived because I put a lot of coition so it could absorb the hit. The material I used was not very strong but it could absorb the hit. If I was to compare my protect to other projects I will say that honestly I did a very good job. A lot of the eggs broke in my class. I was very creative. I hope you enjoyed my presentation.
