  2. Introduction In today’s WebQuest, you will be reviewing to increasing your knowledge about system’s of equation. You will be navigating through several web sites to define key vocabulary, view demonstrations, and practice solving problems. When you are finished, you will be prepared for tomorrows quiz. Good Luck!!

  3. Task &Process • Define key vocabulary words. To complete this first task, find the definitions to the following words using Math Words for Algebra: system of equations, solution and ordered pair. Don’t forget to define each word in your definitions page of your notebook. • Read the discussion on Purple Math about the three types of solutions for a system of equations. • Next, watch the two videos on how to solve a system of equation by substitution and elimination. 4) Once you have finished all the review material its time to play Rags to Riches. • Define key vocabulary words.   4. Evaluation Today’s WebQuest is worth 30pts. towards your classroom participation. Working entire period: 10 pts. Defining Vocabulary Words: 10 pts. Completing Rags to Riches Game: 10 pts.

  5. Conclusion By the end of the period, you should feel confident about your ability to solve system of equations. During the next class you will be taking a quiz. Feel free to go back over any material viewed in class to study!
