  1. Melanie Lawrence - Lakeville RCE Advocate at Southeast Service Cooperative

  2. Melanie Lawrence completed her Master's in Education at the University of Minnesota in 1998, earning an exceptional 4.0 GPA. She expanded her list of academic achievements in 2017 by receiving a Reading Endorsement and a K–12 Administration certification from Concordia University.

  3. Melanie Lawrence started her journey as a leader in 2014 and is still going strong, having held a number of positions and achieved several noteworthy goals.

  4. Melanie Lawrence-Smith has taken the lead in coordinating efforts for professional growth, creating professional learning communities, and overseeing in-depth training programs for educators and leaders.

  5. When Melanie Lawrence was appointed assistant principal of Richfield STEM Elementary in 2017, she oversaw a busy community of over 700 students and over 70 staff members and her career took off.

  6. In addition to founding Professional Learning Communities and spearheading effective Professional Development programs, Melanie Lawrence has provided educators and leaders with resources on Restorative Practices, Data Analysis, Equity, Standards Development, and Collaborative Teams.
