Growth Boundary Change Requests Planning Board considered the following: • 2006 Approved Bowie and Vicinity Master Plan and Sectional Map Amendment • Water and Sewer Plan adopted in 2008 • Priority Preservation Plan approved in July 10,2012 • Sustainable Growth and Agricultural Preservation Act of 2012 (SB 236). (November 20, 2012) • 2013 Approved Subregion 5 Master Plan and Sectional Map Amendment • ERCO • Rubino • Robindale

Growth Boundary Change Requests Planning Board considered the following: • Master Plan decisions are based on a comprehensive and complex process that included • Landowners, elected officials, interest groups, and residents Planning Board Action: • Voted not to take any of the county’s land out of the Rural and Agricultural Area (Rural Tier) and further reduce it’s size.
