State Assessment • PSSA-a standardized test used to measure a student’s attainment of the states academic standards in Reading, Writing, Mathematics, Science and assist in identifying the strengths and weaknesses of our academic program. • Grade levels tested • Writing- 5 and 8 • Math and Reading- 3-8 • Science- 4 and 8 • Keystone- High school students must complete all their course work within four years and participate in the Keystone exams upon completion of Algebra I, Biology, and Literature.
