  27. Printing & Exporting Plans of Study for Professionals Custom Plans of Study printing options added. Unnecessary data and links have been removed from the printer-ready version. Students’ plans of study are separated during batch printing. Data fields to aid student identification have been added to the Plans of Study Tracking export file.

  28. Printing Plans of Study • Drill down to an individual portfolio in Students and Groups to print a single plan.

Printing Plans of Study • Access the Plans of Study Tracking Report on the Report Tab and select the portfolios by the graduation year you wish to view. • Drill down to a group of portfolios in the Plans of Study Tracking Report and print up to 25 students as one batch. • Drill down to an individual portfolio from within the Plans of Study Tracking Report to print a single plan.

  42. Details Students who have just created an account within the last two months will not receive this prompt. Example:

  43. User Experience: Site is Correct • 2. If the school connection is correct, the student clicks Save. Student signs in for the first time between August 1 & March 31.

  44. User Experience: Connection Has Changed • 2. If the school connection is NOT correct, the student clicks Change. Student signs in for the first time between August 1 & March 31.

  45. User Experience: Connection Has Changed The School Confirmation page is displayed again showing the newly selected school. Students save to confirm & continue. The student selects a new school on the School Selector page and clicks Continue.

  46. User Experience: Connection Has Changed A student who has changed his or her primary school site connection will be removed from all groups and lists of students in the Professional Center.
