Hankehakemus: • Hankeen kuvaus => mistä hankkeesta kyse, missä, kuka ja milloin toteuttaa), miten oma osuus rajautuu kokonaisuuteen • Perustelut miksi tärkeä, miksi tehdään? => Mihin haasteisiin vastataan, mitä antaa ja kenelle –aikaisempi tutkimustieto yms. • Hankeen tavoite ja mahdollinen tuotos • Hankkeen toteutus => kuka/ketkä (tehtävänkuvaukset), miten, missä, milloin
