Library Strategic Goals 2003-2013 (DMI website) • Goal 1: Build our collections and increase access to and preservation of Library collections • Goal 2: Offer new services to meet the changing needs of Library users; target services for elimination and or more effective delivery; build collaborative opportunities with CITES and other campus units • Goal 3: Strengthen and diversify research activity • Goal 4: Renovate/create facilities to meet the needs of 21st- century faculty and students • Goal 5: Recruit and retain the very best librarians and APs
