Strategia di Lisbona Il Consiglio europeo di Lisbona (marzo 2000) ha considerato l'obiettivo generale delle politiche in materia di occupazione e di mercato del lavoro è di aumentare: • il tasso di occupazione globale dell‘UE al 70 % • il tasso di occupazione femminile a più del 60 % entro il 2010.

  5. Tasso inattività Popolazione in età lavorativa non nella forza lavoro (d) Popolazione in età lavorativa (e) La somma del tasso di inattività e del tasso di attività è pari al 100 per cento. Un indicatore degli individui scoraggiati che sono quelli che non cercano un lavoro attivamente in quanto non ritengono di poterne trovare.
