ASN / Start the Clock Confirm/ PLANET Code Workgroup • Importance of TIMELY and ACCURATE submission of Pre-Shipment Information (e.g., ASN) • Submitting Pre-Shipment Information too early increases likelihood of inaccuracies and need to update • Updating Confirm Pre-Shipment Information must occur via Confirm website www.planetcode.com

Facility ID File Confirm/ PLANET Code Workgroup • Sent Drop Ship Product (CD) to subscribers • Contains ZIP Codes mailers should use for Drop Location Facility ZIP Codes in Pre-Shipment Information (e.g., ASN) • Monthly updates provided • USPS to use in programming MPE and hand-held scanners. • Intent is reduce data inconsistencies and improve service performance information.
