Meet Mrs. Carstairs • Is from America • Margaret(to see more on Margaret see slide 2) thinks her clothes are odd. • Has a dog named Florance • Her Husband does not come on the Titanic. • Is very wealthy
Meet Robert • Robert’s age is unknown, but Margaret says he looks in his late teens. • Is serving Mrs.Carstairs and Margaret • Margaret likes him
Margaret’s Story • Margaret’s parents were very poor and they lived in the bottom half of a cottage which was separated by a curtain. Then on a cold February afternoon a load of crates came cashing down on her father. He managed to push another worker out of the way, but still could not save himself. Her mother later became very ill and then died so Margaret and William had to fend for themselves. They went and found old used items and sold them on the streets finally Margaret got sick so William took her to the orphanage and left. She was there ever since.
The Problems • Margaret loves the Titanic, but loving dressing up in tight outfits and the smell of 10 different perfumes in the elevator at once, well…that’s another story. • As the Titanic sinks Margaret faces her biggest challenge yet…Robert, or her life.
