ASPECTOS CULTURAIS - Cultura da impunidade - Associar idéia de acidente com “destino” - Inconseqüência/ irresponsabilidade -falta de uma cultura de manutenção preventiva - Não exigência de vistorias - Descrédito na sinalização/desobediência - Não confiabilidade das estatísticas - Disseminação uso da motocicleta

  3. ASPECTOS COMPORTAMENTAIS - Abuso da velocidade - Direta co-relação com o consumo de álcool/drogas - Pouco preparo dos condutores - Decisiva participação do pedestre - Distrações: Telefone/sons/cigarro/poluição visual -Sobrecarga de trabalho/cansaço/sono

  4. Aspectos adversos - Entendimento de que o acidente é resultante só de culpa - Dolo Eventual ? - Não implementação integral da Suspensão do direito de dirigir - Demora na implementação da Inspeção de Segurança Veicular - Sucateamento -Pouco aporte de tecnologia

  5. - Comportamento egoístico do condutor - Qualidade das estradas/ baixa manutenção - Alta eficiência e baixa eficácia da fiscalização eletrônica - Ensino de trânsito ainda incipiente - Ainda há preocupação em arrecadar - Questões legais não resolvidas: recusa de submeter-se ao exame de alcoolemia, uso de película, som/barulho, etc

  6. - HÁ SOLUÇAO? - SIM. CAMINHOS ? - MUDAR O COMPORTAMENTO, E -FISCALIZAR MAIS, MELHOR E COM MAIS RIGOR
