Set up communications, such as email and voicemail as well as learn company protocol for each. • Complete any company and program training and further research the product line, options, margins, etc… • Gain a thorough understanding of Mophie’s goals, guidelines, expectations, deliverables, etc... • 60 days: Know the players • Review the first 30 days and ensure I have met all established goals. Follow up where needed. • Get to know my accounts and form relationships with all the key players in those accounts. • Analyze the competition... Compare their products with our products... what gives us the edge. • 90 days: Optimize • Review the initial two phases and follow up as needed to complete the outlined steps and goals. • Meet with retailers and team members as needed and outline plans for increasing sales, market share and brand awareness. • Ensure all accounts are compliant with Mophie’s merchandising standards and continue to drive sell-through of our products.
