  3. splice variants:即可变剪切体,由于mRNA前体,即pre-mRNA选择去除内含子,重组外显子而产生产生不同的mRNA,进而编码形成不同的蛋白质,这些蛋白质的亚型就互称为可变剪切体。 • 可变剪切的方式: • (1).剪切产物缺失一个或几个外显子; • (2).剪切产物保留一个或几个内含子作为外显子的编码序列; • (3).外显子中存在5’-剪切位点或3’-剪切位点; • (4).内含子中存在5’- 剪切位点或3’-剪切位点,从而使部分内含子变成编码序列
