  8. 2018 Program Highlights • Lighting – PRE-APPROVAL REQUIRED • Eligible LED only. Additional rebates for controls. • Capped at 100% of project cost. • Lighting-To-Go • Mid-stream rebates for simple lighting measures. • Eight participating distributors. • Rebates 25% BONUS – PRE-APPROVAL REQUIRED • Prescriptive Rebates - HVAC, Refrigeration, etc.* • Air Equipment – Compressors >75HP, Dryers, Storage, Low Pressure-Drop Filters, System Pressure Reduction • Advanced Rooftop Control – A joint rebate program with PSE for gas savings. • Commercial Kitchen – joint rebate program, NO PRE-APPROVAL REQ’D • Building Efficiency (Custom Incentive) 25% Bonus – PRE-APPROVAL REQUIRED • Complex HVAC systems and controls, and process equipment. • 10¢ - 25¢ per kWh savings, up to 70% of project cost. • Energy Smart Industrial – Going strong!

  9. 2018 Program Highlights cont. • New Construction – PRE-APPROVAL REQUIRED • 10,000 ft² and/or 20,000 ft² including exterior • Total lighting connected load is a minimum of 35% better than lighting power allowance • Meets Section C406 – Additional Efficiency Package Options • 10% per ft² incentive for interior lighting • 25¢ per kW incentive for exterior lighting • Incentive adjusted for non-qualifying lighting fixtures • Capped at 100% of Incremental Cost • Retro-Commissioning (Pilot) – to start April 9, 2018 – PRE-APPROVAL REQUIRED • 50,000 ft² and greater, 650,000 kWh/yr., EUI 70 Btuh and higher • 20¢ per kWh for first year • 5¢ per kWh for second year • Energy Savings Purchasing Program (PfP Pilot) • Via a service provider – MacDonald-Miller. • No owner capital contribution required. • Electric kWh and kW incentives based on actual savings. • Cannabis – On-hold!

RCW 19.29A.100 • The key sections of RCW 19.29A.100 state that: • (1)  An electric utility may not sell private or proprietary customer information. • (2)  An electric utility may not disclose private or proprietary customer information with or to its affiliates, subsidiaries, or any other third party for the purposes of marketing services or product offerings to a retail electric customer who does not already subscribe to that service or product, unless the utility has first obtained the customer’s written or electronic permission to do so. • (3)  The utility must: • (a)  Obtain a retail electric customer’s prior permission for each instance of disclosure of his or her private or proprietary customer information to an affiliate, subsidiary, or other third party for purposes of marketing services or products that the customer does not already subscribe to; and • (b)  Maintain a record for each instance of permission for disclosing a retail electric customer’s private or proprietary customer information. • (4)  An electric utility must retain the following information for each instance of a retail electric customer’s consent for disclosure of his or her private or proprietary customer information if provided electronically: • (a)  The confirmation of consent for the disclosure of private customer information; • (b)  A list of the date of the consent and the affiliates, subsidiaries, or third parties to which the customer has authorized disclosure of his or her private or proprietary customer information; and • (c)  A confirmation that the name, service address, and account number exactly matches the utility record for such account.

  13. Gist of RCW 19.29A.100 • Utilities are not allowed to provide customer information to any non-customer entity without the customers written agreement. This includes: • Names, email addresses, phone numbers, etc. • Utility Account or Meter Info. • Usage Data of any kind • ** If you need usage data for customer – please contact us ASAP for the form that is required to be signed from the customer. **
