INFORME DE GESTIÓN 1º de marzo de 2010 al 31 de enero de 2011 • Se realizaron 10 contratos de obra pública y servicios relacionados con las mismas, por un monto de $35,197,792.18 (treinta y cinco millones ciento noventa y siete mil setecientos noventa y dos pesos 18/100 M.N.): • 6 contratos de obra de obra pública • 4 contratos de servicios relacionados con obra pública • Adjudicados de la siguiente forma: • 2 Licitación Pública Nacional • 1 Invitación Restringida a Cuando Menos Tres Personas • 7 Adjudicaciones Directas

DIFERIMIENTO DE TERMINO DE OBRAS DE 2010 Los diferimientos del plazo de ejecución de las obras se realizan con fundamento en el artículo 49 de la Ley de Obra Pública del Distrito Federal, fracción I, inciso a), que a la letra dice: “el atraso en la entrega del anticipo, será motivo para diferir en el caso de obra, en igual plazo el programa de ejecución pactado”
