Member-get-Member • Every members’ responsibility • Determine target types • Invite prospects for meetings, activities & fellowship • Introduce prospects • Brief Lions Information – mission, objectives, benefits • Follow-up/Inform/Contact dr.Ben

Publicity – Media, Website, Brochures, Radio/TV • Public information – talks, seminar • Community meetings, PTA, etc • Local authorities – police, hospitals, blood banks, local councils, etc • Own club premise – conspicuous signboard • Lions Emblem – on cars, vans, etc dr.Ben

Membership Growth Three-Lion Club Membership Committee • Help club in membership growth • Compose of 3 elected members serving 3-year term on rotating basis • The 1st –year member, with 3 years remaining, is responsible for MEMBERSHIP (Recruitment) • The 2nd –year member, with 2 years remaining, concentrate on LEADERSHIP & RETENTION • The 3rd –year member, with 1 year remaining, concentrate on EXTENSION, also serves as committee chairperson and is an elected director on the club’s board of directors dr.Ben
