As we kick off our 2013-2014 LIVE UNITED Campaign, we are happy to announce that State of Hawaii employees may now choose to make donations to Maui United Way online through a new program called E-Pledge . The following is information on how to use E-Pledge.

As we kick off our 2013-2014 LIVE UNITED Campaign, we are happy to announce that State of Hawaii employees may now choose to make donations to Maui United Way online through a new program called E-Pledge. The following is information on how to use E-Pledge. To access the E-Pledge website, please go to www.mauiunitedway.org and click on “Our Campaign” button, then the “State of Hawaii” link or use this web address: https://auw.unitedwayepledge.org/epledge/crm/Start.jsp?accountNumber=2304624 MAHALO for choosing to LIVE UNITED by inspiring hope and creating opportunities for a better tomorrow.

  4. Donor Registration Finds Employee Does Not Find Employee e-Pledge Email message with instructions • Input Info • Name • Email Registration confirmation to donor’s email Enter Code and Register

  5. Your name will appear here e-Pledge Click here to begin pledging process

  6. Pledge Types e-Pledge Select how you would like to give. Then click on “Next”.

  7. Enter Pledge Amount: Credit Card e-Pledge Maui United Way Please note. Complete this section. Click here to direct your gift. Then click on “Next”.

  8. Enter Pledge Amount: Credit Card e-Pledge Complete this section as required by the credit card companies. Then click on “Confirm Payment”.

  9. Enter Pledge Amount: Bill Me e-Pledge Maui United Way Complete this section Click here to direct your gift. Then click on “Next”

  10. Enter Pledge Amount: Payroll e-Pledge Maui United Way Complete this section. Click here to direct your gift. Then click on “Next”.

  11. Designations: Agency Search e-Pledge Click here to search for the agency of your choice.

  12. Designations: Agency Search e-Pledge Maui United Way Complete this section. Click here to search for the agency of your choice.

  13. Designations: Select Agency e-Pledge Enter agency amount Indicates designated agency and amount.

  14. Designations: Agency Selected e-Pledge Indicates designated agency and amount.

  15. Preferences e-Pledge • Click to “de-select” items. • Acknowledge – the above information will be used by MUW to acknowledge your pledge. • Release – information will be released to designated agency.

  16. Verification e-Pledge Review all information. If information is correct, click on “Confirm”. If changes are needed, click on “Previous” to make changes.

  17. For Your Records e-Pledge Print for receipt purposes
