HF + tension setup: • 100 grams tension • (not shown: polyethylene cover on HF) camera “tension plate” Wirejoint in pool of 50% HF Clip, pulley, weights Polyethylene block

Conclusions: • HF attacks glue from ends, also forms bubbles • Wire slips out through softened glue, knot gets tighter • Possibly some stretching/shrinking
